It’s Pullman Bangkok King Power’s 10th Anniversary celebration on 17 December 2017. Gourmet Bangkok team joined the brunch celebration at the Eternity Ballroom located on the ground floor of the hotel. Our main purpose was to meet the Michelin-Starred French Chef Stéphane Gaborieau from Le Pergolèse in Paris whom I met earlier this year in Hong Kong. We did meet and again, he amused me by allowing me to pan-sear the duck livers! It’s fun!
It was also a great pleasure to meet another Michelin-starred Chef – Chef Mural from The Song of India in Singapore. In this fabulous brunch, he showcased one of his signature dishes – Kashmiri Wazwan Lamb Racks! Its unforgettable flavour of India still lingers in my memory! The tenderness of the lamb racks and the sauce were spot-on! Trying Chef Mural’s tasting menu at his restaurant in Singapore is on my itinerary!
