(1) Seafood station

Two kinds of oysters (Normandy and Fine de Cancale), snow crabs, Alaska king crabs, blue crabs, shrimps, mussels and squids are freshly served on ice at a very satisfactory refill rate. On the day of our visit, oysters were fresh enough to eat with just a few drops of lemon juice.

(2) Carving station

Carving station features an extensive choice of roasted sea bass, roasted ham and roasted beef wellington. The ham was the star at this station. It tasted juicy and tender.

(3) Chinese station

The traditional suckling pig surely catches the attention of diners. As a food lover from Hong Kong, this suckling pig is an authentically Cantonese delicacy. Peking duck and dim sum are also served to satisfy diners’ crave for Chinese food.

(4) Indian station

Never ever miss the chicken tikka at this station. The aromatic herbs did not overpower the chicken. Flavours of the Indian herbs and chicken were well balanced. Another must-try food at this station is the tandoori prawns.

(5) Live grilling station

This is my favourite station. Grilled lamb rack and Wagyu steak were what I ordered again and again at this Sunday brunch. Bring you table tag with you, tell the chef what meat you want and how you would like it to be cooked, then a server will serve your order to your table. No queues, no hassles. Another popular item here is grilled river prawns – fresh and juicy! Most importantly, it’s all-you-can-eat.

(6) Japanese station

Sushi and sashimi are beautifully arrayed to attract diner’s attention.

(7) Cold cuts and cheeses

The charm of 15 kinds of cheeses and Jamón serrano ham is tremendous! At last, I was put in awe when I saw all the cheeses and the whole serrano ham in front of me.

(8) Dessert station

The dessert station is further definitely enticing. There is a chocolate corner featuring all kinds of chocolate pieces and a chocolate fountain. Crepe suzette, ice-cream, cakes, local and western sweets surely satisfy diners’ sweet tooth.

Surprises

I like the idea of serving Sangria in a cute bottle as the welcome drink for all the guests. For diners, it is quite a surprise, especially for a Sunday brunch inclusive of soft drinks. Another surprise is the magician, who walks around the dining area and keeps both adults and children entertained with his wonderful magic! I like this surprise quite a lot at the Sunday brunch, it helps promote a happy vibe in the restaurant.
