Lavish choices of Thai food in this Sunday brunch:
We especially like the Thai food selections available in this Sunday brunch. Executive Chef Attapol Naito Thangthong and Chef Somkid Ketkaew have revived some of the rarest home recipes form their youth and present the dishes in a luring manner. Basically, in an irresistible way! What immediately caught our eyes included the southern Thai curry with lobster.
Southern Thai curry with lobster
This dish was the champion dish in the brunch! It’s already a glittering gem the moment I saw it on the food counter. After the first bite of it, it was one of the very best Southern Thai curries I have ever tasted! The spiciness and flavours were spot-on!
Volcano chicken
As explained by the Executive Chef Attapol, this dish is now no longer commonly seen in Thailand. Chef Attapol revived the dish at the Sunday brunch at Praya Kitchen. When a handbell is rung, the chef will put the chicken on fire and serve slices of chicken to diners.
Thai street food
One of the most exciting activities to do when visiting Thailand is to try all the famous street food. What do we see most in the streets of Thailand? Grilled chicken and satay? What about soup noodles? Here at this Sunday brunch, you will be able to try all the delicious street food.
Thai herbal liquor
Be surprised with the Thai herbal liquor! It’s very strong and throat-burning, but it is also beneficial to health, especially male sexual power. Yes, you read it right. All the men out there, it is unlimited serving! Be careful, you may get drunk!
Abundant Surf and Turf choices
Whether you like your seafood grilled or fresh from ice, you are able to savour fresh oysters, lobster claws, crabs, and prawns! The butcher selections highlight 55-day dry-age soft Thai sirloin, steaks from Australia and the United States as well as lamb rib eye from New Zealand! Trust me, you will definitely love this brunch and indulgence.
Other scrumptious dishes that you should not miss
Cheese, salad bar, Thai dessert, made-to-order xiaolongbao, BBQ pork and roasted duck..you name it, you will find it in this Sunday brunch!
