Chef Cristina featured her signature dishes on the lunch menu we had enjoyed. What can we say about the lunch? Flawless! Simplicity, an Italian tradition in cuisine, is observed in her cuisine. (1) Tubers and salt cod
A surprise course – pasta
It’s a complimentary dish for all the guests. It’s an attempt to make guests satisfied and full.
(2) Risotto, saffron, braised lamb shoulder, black pepper, pecorino cheese and fried mint
It’s one of the most famous dishes by Chef Cristina!
(3) Beef fillet stuffed with brandy-infused dry figs, bok choy and anchovy sauce
The melt-in-the-mouth texture of the beef fillet tattooed Chef Cristina’s name in my heart!
(4) Condensed milk, sanded almonds and espresso gelatin
This dessert made me feel like a little girl! It wasn’t too sweet but tasted lovely enough to perfectly end our lunch.
