Chef Nanang Prasetya combines his dishes and has curated regional favourites such as Chilli Crab, Lamb Rendang, Szechuan Rock Lobster, Beef Massaman, Lamb Tandoori, Scallops and Abalone Sashimi, Teriyaki Pork Belly and a plethora of traditional favourites to tempt every palate for every occasion.

The inspiration was to ensure dishes that are loved and coveted by local residents as well as the cosmopolitan audience from across the globe. As they combine such great flavours they make these favourites more delicious than ever!! The menu plays an important part in supporting Thailand’s sustainable ambitions with homegrown produce sourced in the near region – an initiative that will only grow as we increase our efforts to bring produce from farm to table. Our responsible gourmands under the guidance of Chef Nanang are hoping to expand this further:

We already buy our chickens, eggs, and a lot of other hand-selected produce from local, sustainable farmers, and as we move forward we will be increasing this to cover most of our menu. In Thailand today, there are a rapidly growing number of small sustainable farmers who are producing the highest quality, and quantity of produce for the tables of Nimitr.
