At The St. Regis Bangkok, he is tasked with elevating the art of drinking through the innovative bar program, which pays homage to the glamour of the original House of Astor. Ivan will lead the traditions around the art of drinking, which initially began in 1932 at the famed King Cole Bar at The St. Regis New York, known as the birthplace of the iconic Bloody Mary cocktail. Our luminary guests can find him working closely with our talented bartenders during “The Violet Hour,” a daily ritual at The St. Regis Bangkok to celebrate the end of the day and the beginning of the evening, making a daily event of leaving work behind for the possibilities of the night.
