At the invitation of JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok, I attended their interactive event – Who’s Diane?, an interactive event that allows us to learn how to prepare a Steak Diane with their newly hired Executive Chef – Kevin Thomson. We are also lucky enough to have tried the new dessert to be introduced at New York Steakhouse – peanut butter chocolate brittle!
Watch our video to find out how Steak Diane is made and what changes Chef Kevin would like to bring to JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok.
