No fuss about that: we all know how difficult it is to find natural, organic (real organic) products and how poor is the awareness about them in Thailand. But that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t try – or bring natural products directly to people.
On 13th March 2017, there has been an enviable healthy lunch filled with hungry and thirsty foodies, bloggers and writers at About Eatery with organic, natural food and wines; reason being, the launch of the Bangkok Natural Wine Festival that will be held @ About Eatery on Sunday, 2nd April from 11:00 till 19:00 hours.
So far, this is the first Natural Wine Festival held in Bangkok, following New York and London paths; more than 50 wine will be available for tasting and – 100% sure – they will be all naturally produced.
For the lunch, food was prepared ( with homemade angel egg pasta too, how about that!) by the About Eatery Chef Edoardo Bonavolta, and wines were provided by Gfour Fine Wines and Spirits Company; empty plates of delicious food and bottles of funky, natural, mouthwatering wines where the only victims left behind. Furthermore, the presence of the Sommelier of the Company, Irene, helped guests to understand in depth each Natural wine served: Cava Brut Pares Balta from Spain, Jamon Jamon Rogue Vine Orange from Chile and Il Frappato Occhipinti from Sicily.
Are you a foodie? A writer? Or a wine lover? Or just feeling ready to try interesting, different healthy wines? It doesn’t really matter: let yourself be guided through an amazing tour of more than 50 natural wines from all over the world from different important importers. We will be waiting for you!
