Taking place in the modern elegance of the Ballroom, Executive Chef Franck and culinary team will take you on a journey with a 4-course menu of artfully plated dishes inclusive of amuse-bouche, fine cheeses and dessert as a gifted cellist sets the tone throughout the evening. It will be an invaluable chance for fine-dining lovers to discover an exquisite gastronomy together with premium sparkling wine, a first-class champagne from the house of ‘Bollinger’ from France.
