Chef Sam Chan Brings his Next Level Burgers to 25 Degrees Bangkok

25 Degrees Burgers Bar in Bangkok is excited to welcome Chef Sam Chan from sister restaurant, 25 Degrees in Singapore. From September 13th – 18th Chef Sam will be helming the kitchen of Bangkok’s favourite 24-hour burger joint and will treat foodies to his famous creations that push burger boundaries beyond the bun. Chef Sam’s outspoken and innovative burgers will be available to try out until 31st October.

Inspired by the flavours of Singapore, Chef Sam will bring a menu of three creations that have helped garner a cult-like status for 25 Degrees Singapore. Tuck into the Glorious Chick Burger with succulent buttermilk marinated and fried chicken with purple slaw, bacon and BBQ sauce, or the Bae Watch Burger with a beef patty, fresh crab, sriracha aioli, calamari, caramelized onion and tobiko lemon dill sauce. The Black Magic Burger including a beef patty, Canadian bacon, fried egg, roasted tomato, and Spanish red onions will get your mouth watering. Not to mention his Singaporean fried prawn paste chicken leg with pineapple relish, belachan chilli, tomato, and butterhead lettuce. Prices starting from THB 350++ per piece.

Chef Sam is one of a kind. Mad skills in the kitchen coupled with intense passion and a dash of rock ‘n’ roll make his food unmissable. Having worked at some of Singapore’s most recognizable and renowned dining establishments, as well as consulting for restaurant overseas, the new generation chef combines mastery of technique with an intimate understanding of local ingredients and then takes his local culinary heritage to the global stage.
