Embassy Room La Marina will host its first four-hands collaboration on 30–31 January 2026, featuring Chef Alessio Banchero, Chef de Cuisine of Embassy Room La Marina, and Chef Francesco Sodano from Ristorante Famiglia Rana, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant in Verona, Italy.


This exclusive dining experience invites guests to embark on a flavorful journey across coastal Italy,
enriched with Mediterranean influences. Chef Francesco Sodano will bring his Michelin-starred expertise
to the table, presenting dishes that combine Italian culinary traditions with modern gastronomy, refined
techniques, and creative ingredient pairings.
The menu will showcase Chef Francesco’s contemporary interpretation of Italian cuisine alongside
Embassy Room La Marina’s classic approach rooted in family recipes and deep respect for Southern
Italian traditions. Highlights include Finto Nigiri with oyster emulsion and caviar, Capasanta con Brodo
di Prosciutto di Parma (sea scallop with Parma ham broth), Risotto tra Amalfi e l’Oman with Mazara del
Vallo red prawns, and Agnolotti di Ossobuco with black truffle. Guests can also indulge in Ricciola e
Ricci di Mare (dry-aged amberjack with sea urchin), Sella d’Agnello Arrosto (roasted lamb saddle), and
finish with Pane, Nutella e Tartufo nero (inverted bread with Nutella and black truffle), followed by petit
fours.


This four-hands collaboration will take place at Embassy Room La Marina, Park Hyatt Bangkok (9th
floor) on 30–31 January 2026 from 17:30 hrs. onwards, last seating at 21:00 hrs.
