An intriguing upcoming opportunity to sip various fine sake distillations paired with a dinner of the dishes they inspire by Executive Chef Franck Detrait.
Set amid the understated luxury of Embassy Room, Park Hyatt Bangkok, the Exclusive Mizubasho Sake Dinner will only be served on the evening of Wednesday, April 25, 2018.
Each of the five “Thai-Japanese Touch” courses on the dining menu will be accompanied with a suitable sake, with food + beverages together priced at THB 3,650++ per person.
Nagai Sake Inc., a provider of the sakes, states as it passionate mission and philosophy “to create sakes expressing the purest qualities of nature” while “introducing the Japanese way of life and sake culture” to the world.
As for the cuisine, the limited number of guests will experience at the Exclusive Mizubasho Sake Dinner, each dish is created with French techniques infused with Japanese influences and created from local products.
Each dish has been created expressly to bring out the delicate taste of each sake selected.
Guests will have the honour of meeting President & CEO of Nagai Sake Inc, Noriyoshi Nagai who will personally introduce the Japanese way of life and sake culture and how to incorporate traditional handmade methods while bringing on modern technology. Dinner commences at 7:00 p.m.
