Invitation to a Truffle Party by Chefs David and Arne with Special Guests from Elements and Villa Frantzén

IGNIV Bangkok invites food adventurers to explore a specially crafted dinner in close collaboration with three renowned restaurants – IGNIV Bangkok, Elements, Inspired by Ciel Bleu, and Villa Frantzén. This exciting evening of flavours and culinary artistry is co-created by the collective talents of chefs David Hartwig and Arne Riehn from host venue IGNIV Bangkok, chef Gerard Villaret Horcajo from Elements, inspired by Ciel Bleu, and chef Nilas Corneliussen from Villa Frantzén. Discover a unique experience featuring 15 dishes, celebrating rare Black Truffle from Australia on July 3, 2023.

At the heart of this enthralling dinner lies the star ingredient from Truffle Hill – Australian black truffle, which is available only in Australia this season. Each dish of snacks, starters, mains, and dessert incorporating the distinct essence of truffle has been thoughtfully created to showcase the versatility and aroma of this prized fungi. All four talented chefs present their own signature culinary principles, as well as their European sensibilities of Swiss, French, and Nordic roots with regional Asian touches.

Setting itself apart from fine dining establishments, the experience at IGNIV is warm and cosy. Sharing the spotlight with Chef David and Sous Chef and Pastry Chef Arne Riehn is Restaurant Manager Regina D’Souza, who ensures every staff member is engaging, attentive, and embodies the true spirit of the IGNIV family.

On arrival, guests are invited to sit at the kitchen counter, where they can enjoy welcome snacks and have the opportunity to interact with the chefs. They are then ushered to their reserved table to enjoy the rest of the meal, peppered with short visits from chefs and service team members to provide titbits about the sharing experience.

The “Truffle Party” dinner takes place on Monday, July 3, 2023, with three reservation slots: 6:00 PM, 7:00 PM, and 8:30 PM, for THB 6,700++ per person, or an additional THB 3,500++ per person for 5-glass wine pairing. View menu https://bit.ly/TrufflePartyMenu.

IGNIV Bangkok’s Summer Menu (19 dishes) is available daily from 5:30 PM to 00:00 AM (last order 9:30 PM) at THB 4,900++ per person; THB 7,900++ for Carte Blanche, including surprise dishes.
