For three nights only on 6th, 7th and 8th of March 2018, lovers of fine dining and artistic performance are invited to experience a unique event at Hotel Muse Bangkok with a live performance by Phare The Cambodian Circus and an exquisite 4-course dinner prepared by 2 Michelin Star Chef, Thierry Drapeau from France. The magical evening of performing art and Michelin star dining will be held in the atmospheric setting of the hotel’s awarding Italian restaurant, Medici Kitchen & Bar.

More than just a circus, Phare performers use theatre, music, dance and modern circus arts to tell unique stories. In the intimate setting of Medici Kitchen & Bar, the gifted young circus artists will astonish diners with their energy, emotion, enthusiasm and talent in “The Myth of Siam”, a four-act performance that follows the main character, an elegant Thai lady, as she travels through time from the era of King Rama V in the 1920s to the present day with “The Rise of Hotel Muse Era”.

While the audience enjoys the magical performance and stunning acrobatics, they will be served an unforgettable dinner prepared by 2 Michelin Star Chef and Finalist Best Craftmen of France in 2014, Chef Thierry Drapeau. The sublime 4-course menu will include Caviar, Crumbled Cod Grenobloise, Succulent Black Angus Beef, and Ice Nougat Orange and Grapefruit Marmalade, Rose Emulsion will be matched by fine wines.
