SALVIA – New Italian neighborhood-inspired Osteria in Bangkok

Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok adds a new restaurant to its dining portfolio, opening its doors on August 12.  In the heart of Chidlom, Salvia (sage in Italian) is a neighbourhood-inspired Osteria. At the helm, Chef Roberto Parentela, with his vibrant stories and original recipes, reflects on his Piedmont and Sardinian roots.  Here, friends and families enjoy a relaxing time and traditional shareable dishes.  The menu includes artisanal Italian cold cuts and unpasteurized cheeses, wood-fired Napolitana pizzas, handmade pasta, grapevine-grilled meats and decadent desserts (price starting from THB 150++). With the stress on natural, sustainable and organic products, Salvia sources ingredients via short food supply chains whenever possible.
