Lime, being one of the most popular ingredients in Thai cuisine, is very well-known in its health benefits to us. In some Thai dishes, lime is cut into very small pieces to mix with other ingredients. A good example is Mien Kham.
1. Body slimming
Add the juice of one lime juice into a cup of green tea water. Drink this mixture every morning and evening. Do it every day.
2. Mucus in Throat
Cut 2 pieces of lime, squeeze the juice in the glass. Add a little salt, then stir until smooth. It helps clear mucus in the throat.
3. Irregular Menstruation
Three tablespoons of lime juice plus 1 tablespoon honey and 2 cups hot water mix evenly. Drink while warm. Do it 3 times a day. It also helps constipation.
4. Fever or Flu
One-minute-baked lemon, cut and squeezed, add 1 tablespoon of honey. Drink at once.
5. Kidney Stones
Two grains of lime juice diluted with 2 cups village warm water, drink after dinner. Do it every day for 10 days.
6. Cough with Influenza
Boil lime juice with 60 cc of hot water. Add 1/2 teaspoon of whiting water while stirring. Drink this mixture two times a day, 2 tablespoons each time.
Mix lime juice plus a piece of rock sugar together, stir until blended perfectly, drink once a day until coughing is healed.

9. Prevent Hair Loss or dandruff
Massage lime juice on your scalp, wrap your head with a towel overnight, wash it the next day. Do it 3 times a week.
