This event featured an exquisite menu creatively designed by Anantara Siam Bangkok’s Executive Chef Jan van Dyk to seamlessly pair with the wine carefully selected by italasia, and lovely aromas curated by Lampe Berger Paris. At this special event, a fashion show featuring Munchu’s fashion and Lotus Arts de Vivre jewellery was staged before the dessert was served.
The idea of using smell to inspire the sensations of taste and sight is wonderful. Credits, of course, should be extended to Executive Chef Jan van Dyk, Lampe Berger Paris, and italaisa.

Although I didn’t stay throughout the event, it was an unforgettable event. I really like the idea of building the connection of arts in food, fashion, and aroma. These senses are innately linked to give sensual excitement and satisfaction. The effort in bridging these senses together is welcoming! I really look forward to seeing more events like this in Bangkok.
