‘Gaggan’, a name so familiar to foodies around the globe, has been complimented and mentioned in many local and international leading media. Awarded two Michelin Stars in the Michelin Guide Bangkok 2018, and ranked number one on the list of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants for the fourth time in a row, Gaggan is one of the most wanted-to-visit restaurants in Bangkok, especially after Chef Gaggan Anand declared not to accept any stars or awards from 2019 onwards.

Despite the charm of Chef Gaggan whose Indian progressive cuisine surprises the palate of diners from different countries, the EMOJI menu is the source of immense excitement and delight for every guest at Gaggan.

EMOJI Menu

The emoji menu was placed on the dining table which was decorated with a white tablecloth. Curiosity was instantly stimulated the moment looking at the emoji menu. 25 different emoji lined up as a straight line vertically in the middle of the menu. What did those emoji mean? Were they the ingredients of the dishes on the menu? Yes, some of them were. Were they about how to enjoy the dish? Some were. Curious led to anticipation, an exciting anticipation for the next course.
