The Sukhothai Bangkok, in collaboration with Gastronauts Asia, has launched Maestros Della Scala, a brand-new fine-dining series exclusively featuring renowned Italian guest chefs at The Sukhothai Bangkok’s newly re-opened La Scala restaurant.
Having welcomed Chef Cristina Bowerman from the Michelin-starred Glass Hostaria in Rome in March this year, the second guest chef invited in this series is celebrated Chef Umberto Bombana from the three-Michelin-Starred restaurant – 8½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana in Hong Kong.
The wine dinner by Chef Umberto Bombana
The wine dinner was carefully crafted with wonderful wine pairing selected by Marino Braccu, Sommelier from 8½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana. There were a total of seven delicious courses. All I wish was to have a bigger portion for each dish. It was absolutely fantastic!
