Thai Gastronomy Series I dinner is an exciting collaboration among three top chefs who will be joining hands at One-Michelin-Starred Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin to present a six-course Thai gastronomic dinner. The dinner, which will take place, on Saturday 1 December 2018, brings together guest chef Henrik Yde Andersen of Kiin Kiin Restaurant in Copenhagen, Denmark, and Internationally renowned Chef Ian Kittichai of Issaya Siamese Club in Bangkok to work with Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin Head Chef Chayawee Sutcharitchan. Together they will prepare and kick-start the “Thai Gastronomy Series I” dinner.
We were lucky enough to join an exclusive sneak peek of the Thai Gastronomy Series dinner event and witnessed the awe-inspiring culinary skills of the three chefs at Chef Ian’s restaurant – Issaya Siamese Club. Each of them performed his own highlighted dish in the six-course menu. We were also privileged to have enjoyed bite-sized amuse bouche at the event. Despite the classic lotus starter served at Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin, there were a few other scrumptious bites.

Being a renowned chef in Thailand, Chef Ian rocked the event with this plate-licking dish! The flavour of this dish was very rich, we tasted a well-balanced flavour of Thai herbs. Every drop of juice was absorbed by the perfectly cooked Kobe beef! It’s an unforgettable dish!
