Work Hard, Paint Harder

Work Hard, Paint Harder was the third edition of the Artist Playground by Pullman initiative held at InBlu Bar at Pullman Grande Sukhumvit Bangkok on 19 May 2017. It turned InBlu Bar into a paint bar where professional artists including Amy Diener, Jang Onanong, Luanna Lee, Nikki Kanika and Vicky Prapaporn presented their personal workshops to teach art enthusiasts how to paint on canvas.

We joined this event and found it full of fun! At a minimal entry fee of THB 499 net, participants could learn from one of the professional artists and create their own painting. At THB 699 net, participants will be served with two drinks during the painting session.

There is a famous saying in Chinese, ‘Your talents come out when you are intoxicated.’ True, so I selected a glass white wine while I was painting. Although my painting was far from being termed as artistic, I was satisfied with my design!
