Opening April 15th at Resorts World Sentosa, Singapore, People People Brewing Co. (PPBc) is a 9,000 sq ft social brewery by Burnt Ends Hospitality Group. The concept merges on-site brewing with wood-fired dining to create a community-driven “tank to tap” experience.
The leadership team includes Dave Pynt (Burnt Ends), Loh Lik Peng (Unlisted Collection), Pete Thew, and Jason Moy. Award-winning Head Brewer Nick Calder-Scholes oversees the daily operations, ensuring every pour is fresh and balanced.
THE BEER: FRESH FROM TANK TO TAP
Beer is brewed on-site and served directly from five 1,500-litre tanks. The program is divided into four distinct collections:
- Core: Drinkable staples like the PPBc Lager, Pale Ale, and IPA.
- Seasonal: Collaborative and time-sensitive releases.
- Workshop Series: Small-batch, experimental styles and sours.
- Founder’s Reserve: Exclusive, limited-edition brews for members.

THE FOOD: MADE TO MATCH THE POUR
The menu utilizes live wood-fire cooking via a Classico pizza oven and a Camino open-fire hearth. Designed to complement rather than compete with the beer, the food focuses on shareable, smokey flavors.
- Signatures: Miso Beef Short Rib Pizza, Lemon Thyme Roast Chicken, and Salt and Pepper Squid.
- Style: Approachable sourdough pizzas, rotisserie meats, and bar bites.

A SPACE AND PROGRAMME BUILT FOR EVERYDAY OCCASIONS
Located at WEAVE (accessible without the Sentosa entry fee), the space accommodates 180 seated or up to 400 standing guests. The layout integrates the brewery tanks into the decor, offering clear views of the production process.
Weekly programming includes:
- Woodfire Wednesdays: Midweek sessions focused on the fire-pit kitchen.
- Thirsty Thursdays: Brewery tours and tastings with Nick Calder-Scholes.
- Saturday Long Lunch: Free-flow drinks and live entertainment.
- Sunday Socials: Family-friendly atmosphere with sports and “kids-eat-free” deals.
