Bar industry luminaries and leaders will gather in Singapore during the first week of the Singapore Cocktail Festival to unveil a revamped eLearning platform destined to develop their skills and elevate their craft to new heights. Industry-leading beverage and hospitality learning platform, JERRY – inspired by Jerry Thomas, the father of modern bartending – was first developed with Singapore’s Proof & Company before joining forces with Allara Global in 2021. Now, invigorated by the expertise and enhanced digital platform of a team of global e-learning specialists, JERRY is re-launched to a burgeoning post-pandemic hospitality community craving education and development.
